This is an ideal location for family holidays or for a quiet, relaxing break away from it all.
The first-floor flat has a comfortable bedroom with king-size bed; spacious sitting room with original tiled fireplace and beautiful views to Venlaw Hill. The range in the dining room dates from when the property was built.The kitchen and bathroom have both been newly refurbished.There is ample free on-street parking to the front of the property.

The flat is well equipped with gas central heating; colour TV; freeview satellite; dvd and video player. The kitchen has been completely refitted with fridge/freezer; dishwasher; washer/drier; electric hob & oven; microwave; toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has also been newly refitted and has a white suite with an over-the-bath shower, which is fed directly from the hot water supply. There is a heated towel rail and an electric shaver point. The property has a small, shared garden to the rear, but owing to the steep steps, this is unsuitable for children unless supervised at all times by an adult.
